We went to three different llighthouses and got to tour all of them. This is the Yaquina Head Lighthouse. All the lighthouses are now run by volunteers and the state. The coast guards don't keep the lighthouses anymore. Some are in better condition than others, this one was in beautiful condition.
We went down to the beach almost every day. It was cold but I went in up to my knees, there was no way I was going any further. We climbed around on the rocks and did some beach combing. It was wonderful.
Wonderful and very windy.
Too bad we had to leave. This is us bored to death by the drive home. Once you get into central Oregon it all looks like Utah, blah. 15 hours of flat, dry, nothing-ness. We played Eye Spy...I spy with my little eye something that is brown. Um, Everything!

I love your face in the last pic. It reminds me of the face you would make when I would tell you a story that was boring or to long HAHA Your awesome!

You need to come to the ISLAND!! Ya ya! You'll love it I promise - you can walk to like 3 different beaches from my house in 15 minutes or less.
