Hurry Along, Catch Up Now

I know...my mom and I talked on the phone last night and she said "we've been living in 3D for a week or two now, you better update!" So here i am updating, playing catch up.

First I have to say a huge gigantic monstrous THANKS to my hubby. He built my craft desk on the weekend and now it's all set up and waiting for me to finish organizing all my craft stuff. NOw that I'm looking at the photos I realize that I didn't take a very good one of the top since that little piece of table top above the four square drawers is painted a different color and you can't really tell.

But anyway, I am so excited about all the organization that's going on with the little drawers and shelves, yay for being organized.

I also bought a pair of shoes so I would have something practical to wear to Disneyland next month. Last time I went I had the worst shoes possible and my feet hated me for weeks. I found some simple but cute shoes at Walmart for only $8 but they were plain white canvas so I bought some Rit dye (on sale for $1.50) and now they are pink! It was my first time dying anthing and I'm pretty happy with the way they turned out.

Now I'm just breaking them in so they are all nice and soft when I have to walk all over the park in August.

One last thing, my sister-in-law's birthday was on Saturday and we had a surprise party fro her at our house. I was excited to make her a card with one of my new stamp sets and it turned out so cute.
